"Service and accommodation are impeccable"

Food was great and the accomodation even better. The service especially of Ahmed Al Merdat, Abdelrahman Al Basha and Khaled Elhelalat was exceptional. They always made sure we are attended to and always had a pleasant smile and attitude.

This is one of the best InterContinental hotels we have stayed in. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel feels like new, extremely clean and modern, well placed on the shore of the Gulf of Aqaba, with a private beach and an excellent beach bar. The restaurants provide variety and quality. The rooms are large, modern and very comfortable. There is recognition and respect for IHG Rewards members, including a room upgrade. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt genuinely welcome.

It's been a long time since I was truly satisfied with a stay for an event. I conducted a three-day workshop there with my team! Long workshops require well-lit rooms with ample natural sunlight, as well as spacious areas for teamwork and exercises. Additionally, having supportive staff who are ready to help, always with a smile and experienced in hosting such events, is essential. I appreciated all the services provided, including the food, venue, accommodations, and the pools.

"All the staff was always helpful."

Great food with kind personell (afifi and more) who were always fast and direct. The hotel was really beautiful with nice pools and a private beach with sports options. The sunset into the sea was a nice finishing touch.
