"酒店各方面都挺好； 员工办事效率慢，培训不到位！"

位置很好；去往世界之窗，欢乐谷，锦绣中华民俗村都可以步行过去。很方便！

1. 工作人员办理入住的时候效率慢；在前台等了足足30分钟。 解释说因为找不到订单，解释因为系统问题。 后续送了两盘水果作为补偿，但酒店入住本就比较晚，还带着三个孩子和大人，工作效率需提升。 2. 对工作人员撒谎事件很不满意；办理退房就问了前台是否可以给账单和发票。 前台表示这些需要第三方平台Booking来提供。 后续打了他们客服电话再次确认，表示这些信息都是该酒店来提供了。 对之前员工的行为表示道歉。 不能理解酒店对这方面信息都会存在培训不到位的事情发生？

It’s very suitable for family with young kids, there’s plenty to roam around, and the swimming pool is very popular for them

One thing I’m not sure is the cleanliness of the family room, where the carpet and furniture has visible stains. I understand the rooms are dated, but dust on speakers, in the corner are visible, which does affect the experience of the stay. More water can be provided.
