"Excellent hotel for families with great facilities and tasty food options."

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities for kids and adults. We were greeted by the fabulous Dafne Lopez on arrival and she made everything run smoothly from check in to check out. She really made us feel at home. The hotel is great and it would be very hard to find a better swimming pool set up! Rooms are spacious and clean. The food is great, especially the buffet breakfast.

Service at lunch in the mercado restaurant was very slow on the first day but much better on the second. There was some confusion about the bill in the El Chino restaurant which was quite annoying - we were expected to pay up front as opposed to at check out. Something I have never experienced in a hotel before XD. Anyway, that won't stop us going back to the Intercon and I stand by the 9/10.

"Great Stay with Kids"

It’s great for kids with a big swimming pool. The room is large and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of juice choices for a hot day. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. The lobby was spacious and comfortable so we could stay a bit longer after checking out.

Breakfast could be a bit more varieties for a 5-star hotel. The queue was a bit long in the morning.

房間佈置雖然美觀，亦深得幼童喜歡，惜房間設備已顯得略為陳舊，且有污漬，唯不太影響整體觀感。 房間配備室內及室外拖鞋，很貼心，方便住客前往酒店沙灘。房間亦配有兒童專用洗護用品、兒童廁所板及洗手盆踏腳，方便幼童如廁洗手。浴缸很大，一家四口一起浸浴也可以。 酒店也贈送幼兒零食及水果，唯蘋果已爛掉，雖要扣分。

It’s been a month and a half since check-out, and the 2000 RMB deposit still hasn’t been returned. The hotel hasn’t responded to any of my messages on Booking either 😂 Overall, quite a strange situation! Позорники одним словом!
