Very attentive staff, ready to address issues to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. We initially had issues with our room air-conditioning, and they were quick to upgrade us to a suite. Good restaurant options as well in case you just want to relax. Highly recommended !

We stayed here for 2 days. The hotel is in a good location away from the city hustle bustle. It is right opposite to a beautiful massive garden and 15 min walk to the well known Global centre. A good location for family with kids to stay. The interiors of the hotel is gorgeous and spectacular. The food in the restaurants are a must try especially the French Restaurant. The service in that restaurant is exquisite. Me Ma who was serving us was very much aware of the origin of the wine, vintage and the grapes type. It did impress me. There were few bumps while staying however the team did an amazing service recovery. I would soon come to stay in this hotel. Appreciate your service.

We would like to thank the staff and especially Tiffany Jiang and Gina Cheng and team for making a special effort for making father's day an amazing celebration. As a family we have been separated since Chinese New Year due to the pandemic, making it impossible to reunite with the children. Tiffany Jiang and her team surprised my husband with a a beautiful and delicate attention to make this day special. He was totally surprised and very touched by their beautiful gesture. excellent hotel with wonderful service offering a lot of extra benefits. I like their idea of merging the concept of green and nature into the interior design with a lot of trees and birds. special thanx to Anita Liu and Cherry Ou from the lounge for their professional helps.

We had booked two junior suites for our family of four adults. We also arranged through the hotel an airport pickup which we thought was reasonably priced. When we checked into the hotel the receptionist, who spoke perfect English, said we had been upgraded to their best rooms in the hotel! She had a big smile on her face.There was a large Pepsi convention so I am assuming they may have needed our rooms but anyway no matter the reason, I thanked her and appreciated the upgrade. Our rooms were on the top floor and when we approached our room number, we saw that it was the presidential suite!!! Through the double doors was a massive elegant living room on one end and a large conference table on the other end. A full size kitchen and a bathroom completed that level. Up a winding staircase was our two palatial adjoining suites. The master suite was breath taking in the size, the amenities, and the sweeping views of the Global Center. Our suite even had a sauna!! At the end of the hall, was the swimming pool, hot tub, a full size kitchen, large conference room, massage room, koi pond, seating area and beautiful plants. It was truly unbelievable!!!! Our original reservation included the breakfast buffet off the lobby. What an array of wonderful hot and cold choices!!! To be honest, we literally did not want to leave this “dream world” but we did come to Chengdu to see the world famous pandas and the face mask changing show. Grab (form of uber) was very cheap and easy. The hotel staff was wonderful and all spoke English. The bar served excellent cocktails. We will always remember this hotel!!

Huge lobby, spacious rooms, gym and spa. On my first visit I received an upgrade to a suite facing the amazing Global Center Mall (largest building in the world). I also joinjed the club to enjoy Westeren/Chinese breakfest on the 19th floor. On check-out I received a mini panda as a gift.

Special thanks to restaurant supervisor Nancy, for her warm and welcoming personality, knowledge and professional attitude of the very highest standard. I hope the management recognise what an asset they have.

The restaurants did not have many vegetarian dishes or options available. Some "vegetarian" dishes were flavored with bacon! You might want to consider at least some vegetarian options from the menu--not necessarily the buffets.

Great hotel, great staff. The amenities I used were top notch. The gym and locker rooms were clean and spacious. The "cafe" in the lobby courtyard is beautifully landscaped and the breakfast buffet is well stocked, fresh and tasty. The room was large, clean and well appointed. Service at all levels was pleasant and helpful, even through language barriers (I speak only two words of Chinese). I highly recommend becoming and IHG member if you haven't already. The perks are real. Our deluxe room (1 step up from basic) was on a club floor with a nice view, large bathroom, comfy bed and pillows. I didn't wake up with neck or back ache once (rare) even after miles of daily walking. Taxi service, lobby ATM and cash exchange machines, nearby restaurants and convenience stores- it may not be the center of Chengdu, but it's a great location and very convenient. I'd 100 percent recommend this hotel and it's staff
