"Outstanding service "

Hotel is a little bit outside of the city but close to a nice park and also one of the biggest shopping malls. During my stay I had serious medical issues and it was difficult to get help from the embassy or the insurance company. The hotel manager involved himself, and help me to get immediate Emergency help with the doctor coming to the room after a few minutes. We have never been expected such helpful efficient help in a serious situation from the hotel. The hotel itself is nice, just feels the years.

"Average Stay if you are not Fussy"

The room is a bit rundown: door lock can’t be closed, dusty surfaces, cigarette smell even though it’s a non-smoking room. Poor cleanliness too: hair around the basin, and worst is the anti slip mat in the shower area (the bottom of the mat is full of mould and bacteria). Otherwise, view from the room is superb, overlooking the park and quiet.

I want to recommend the Executive lounge with Emily and Eva who are so helpful for afternoon tea and other services! I appreciate their kindness and support during my time at the Intercontinental Century City hotel. I also appreciate the manager Tiffany who escorted me to the room (upgraded my room). She is surprising me tonight with various Christmas Eve happening in the Intercontinental Century City hotel! Highly recommend!

"Birthday Stay"

We had a wonderful time staying at the Intercontinental Chengdu Century City, and was made a memorable stay by Connie He. She proactively asked for our preferences, noted my requests, and successfully delivered a surprise— a nice birthday cake in the room. Needless to say we would love to return again, and thanks Connie for her wonderful hospitality.

"A very pleasant experience"

Hotel staffs are helpful. Food quality is excellent. My room is spacious and well presented. A very nice stay and will certainly book again. The location is good where is close to main attractions and yet quiet for a comfortable stay.
