"Another fabulous stay at The Intercontinental Clement!"

Thank you to Jade (front desk) and Elena (concierge) for a wonderful getaway! Jade set us up with a nice room upgrade and late check-out, and Elena sent a card with happy anniversary wishes - much appreciated! The Intercontinental is our go-to when we visit Monterey. It's the perfect location - right on the water, a short walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and along a beautiful stretch of coastline: just hop on the Bay Trail (walking and biking path) which takes you through Pacific Grove to Asilomar Beach. The hotel and rooms are nicely appointed, and we feel "relaxed and recharged" after every visit!

"Overall a great stay. Only change we would make is picking a different room with direct ocean view."

The location was perfect and the bed was sooo soft. The hotel staff was always greeting us as we would come and go. We had such a great time.

We wished we had more of an ocean view room and a balcony however we should have booked a different room so not on the hotel :)

I can't speak highly enough about this place. The hospitality went above and beyond. Upon arrival they upgraded our room simply because they could. Our maid was such a sweetheart and gave us all kinds of great restaurant recommendations. We will be back for sure!
