"Great Valet, fun environment"

Very Fun stay reminds me of the Moxy but the valet stood out the most! The only other time I’ve ever experienced valet service that great was at the Gaylord. He helped with my bags opened my door, loaded my car & closed my door. He asked about my stay and wished us safe travels! So if you’re seeing this Zain H Thank you for genuinely making my morning!

Our stay at the Aloft was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Our valet guy Zain H was outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable great personality.

"Valet and front desk are super nice"

Valet was extremely nice and did very well, Zain H was helpful and fun to talk to. The front desk was extremely nice and sweet. My only issue is the lack of Foam pillows, feather pillows have no support.

"Easy, comfortable stay"

My sister was in the hospital at Vanderbilt for 2 weeks, which required me to have multiple stays in Nashville. I stayed at Aloft each time because the location was perfect, the staff was kind, the valet was prompt/friendly (Zain H.), and the hotel was very flexible to my schedule changes.
