"Need a full refund after stay two days there with beg bugs bites !!!"

I didn’t like my stay at all the employee name Jay that works the front desk was very rude about the issue I had about the bed bug bites he didn’t want to provide me his full name for my documents and didn’t provide the manger name he stated the manager wasn’t there after still after two days of me calling. he as very rude!!!! I have sent over pictures of the bed bug bites of me and my husband still haven’t heard from the manager!!!! I need a full refund and also have seen a doctor about the bites!!!

The staff very unprofessional!!!
