"It was pretty nice I enjoyed staying here because of the intial accommodations but when I went to take a bath I couldn’t"

"Nice, But..."

I used points for my stay here and I was very impressed by the quality of the staff. The room and the amenities were nice as well but I must say I noticed some flaws that were starting to show like frays in the sheetrock where the shower rod connects to the wall and other things like that. I do not mean to be too nitpicky but it seems to me it may be time for an upgrade or a refurbishing..

It was very nice and so was the employees

Couldn't even stay at all cause of the damage deposit couldn't be charged to the same payment card used to pay for the room

The setup of the room, the location, amount of money

Air stopped working in the middle of the night and the ice maker never made ice. Staff seemed annoyed to have to give me ice.
