The room was musty smelling when we walked in. Like it hadn’t been checked since it was cleaned. Discovered the carpet was wet by the AC unit. Manager made it right.

Only thing I liked was it was close to the venue that we was going to to.

The staff wasn’t friendly, room wasn’t ready, couldn’t check in early . Some nasty person spit on my vehicle just horrible. Didn’t have breakfast and it post a continental breakfast

You really need to update your website for this hotel. Your pictures showed a beautiful pool, and indeed, this hotel has not had a pool in over 8 months! Needless to say the grandkids were very disappointed. The counter staff assured me there would be NO discount because of the lack of a pool because I booked through your site. Shame on you!!!
