the pool is permanently closed, the phones didn’t work, remote for bedroom tv had dead batteries, and the shower and faucet were both lose and leaking

We were upgraded to a suite with a king sized bed and a pullout soda bed. There was a full kitchen in there. It was amazing. The cleanliness was exceptional!!

There was a strange odor in the hallway. It smelled like a gas (not gasoline)
