"Bad"

Having to ask for a different room that wasn't next to rooms with barking dogs. We had to have the key card re programmed 3 times. Having housekeeping knock on the door twice before check out at 11:00 am.

"Conveniently located hotel in area with many things to do"

Nice hotel conveniently located near I-39. The Leigh Yawkey Woodson Museum and the Monk Botanical Gardens are highly recommended. The outer trail at Monk Botanical Gardens is quiet and peaceful. ]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]

Checking in was delayed because their computer system was not functioning properly and they had to manually input reservations. My room smelled like a cigarette ashtray .

"Best Stay for a Wausau visit!"

Tremendous hospitality, wonderful accommodations! Clean, comfortable, roomy with amenities not found in many BW's. The full size fridge and K-Cup Coffee maker are a nice touch! A good breakfast spread for the busy traveler. Definite favorite for area travels.

"Exceptional"

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner stove. It had dishes, pots and silverware. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The complementary hot breakfast was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

"Nice family owned hotel"

Price is good. The rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Each room has a mini kitchen with a two burner stove top and full size refrigerator. Pool is nice and warm. Close to restaurants. Close to rib mountain for skiing or hiking. Lots of parks by the rivers with walking trails.
