The hard floors in the bathroom & kitchen were sticky (kind of gross). The toilet barley flushed. The rating for this Best Western was "excellent".... the truth is, it was below average. I probably would not consider staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns when I checked in. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. There were many dining choices nearby and the location was convenient for my stay.

Friendly, and attentive staff.

They advertised a hot tub but it was only a whirlpool (cold with jets). The inside of the comforter had what looked like bodily fluids on them (we got a new one). The room wasn't the cleanest, neither was the bathroom.

Hallways and room doors are all scuffed and dirty, the carpet in my room had unknown substance stains and torn fibers. Breakfasts were OK.

"The Best Hotel Stay I have EVER had!"

The General Manager at this hotel is a diamond in the rough, she truly does everything in her power to do anything and everything she can to make you feel comfortable and enjoy every minute of your stay. She does not skip a beat! You need anything she is there faster than you can hang up the phone! She always has a smile on her face and she works around the clock, I don't even think she sleeps! She is so kind and genuine, you just don't meet people like her anymore. I honestly feel if you give this hotel a bad review ever, you are just having a bad day! I would 110% recommend this Best Western to anyone I meet. My daughter's softball team stayed here for a tournament and the customer service we received was beyond any I have every received in my 39+ years of life! Thank you Dadhi and your team, you are Amazing!!

"I would stay there again. Overall, a nice stay."

The breakfast was very good. There were gluten-free options for one of my daughters. The pool area was nice and also clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The cleanliness of our bathrooms could have been a little better. While the surfaces were clean, the floors around the bases of the toilets were not clean at all.
