Staff was amazing & the rooms are clean & has everything u need it's like being in a studio apartment

Good stay, I liked the hotel. The kitchen was nice with a full size refrigerator.

Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. Rooms could use some updated.

I had two double beds ... and one of the beds had an indention in it

I loved everything about this stay. The staff were so friendly and nice. They greeted us with a smile every time we entered or exited the facility. They would also tell us to enjoy and be careful and that was very appreciated! It was like my home away from home, because my room had everything I needed from pots, pans, silverware, glasses etc. Keep up the great work!

It was an excellent experience. The hotel staff was above and beyond. This was the best hotel that we have stayed at in Sulphur. Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Will return to this hotel on next visit. Felt like being at home.

It was clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities I was not expecting. Beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was incredibly friendly!

The first room had mold in the bathroom. They switched me no problem. But there is a very strong odor of smoke throughout the hotel.

The hotel staff was extremely nice! I really like the courtesy call that we received. I only had one complaint from the weekend. My bathtub was not clean. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay for a one day conference at a decent price.
