"The staff was nice, the room and stay was fair."

Our room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. We opened the window but it barely cooled it off. The furniture cushions were hard and uncomfortable. It would've been nice for the hotel to provide a breakfast buffet. The breakfast for purchase was very minimal. Seemed overpriced for the overall product.

Didn’t offer coffee, the room was large, but both bathrooms had visible mold, and I brought it up to the staff and they did nothing about it

The place looks like a Gulag. Completely ugly institutional building. It was snowing and freezing rain and the staff said there would be no one clearing the road. If I spent the night in the morning, slush would be frozen and there would be no way to get down the 10,000 foot road until the sun warmed it up and melted the ice. They do not salt and sand their access road in October. And they don't care about their guests.
