The only positive thing about this so-called resort was the location...it was walking distance to the Navajo Chair Lift.

Everything else was substandard for a Hilton Resort. It felt like a camping trip. No place buy a simple snack, or the worst --- coffee or pastry. The restaurant inside the resort didn't open until 4pm...so until then you had to find a place to buy food and microwave it in your room. Really disappointing...put a damper on our entire vacation. Luckily we found the Brian Head Lodge right up the street. They had a coffee shop and a restaurant that was open most of the day. Will never return...the reception personnel were also not the friendliest.

The main facility was nice & cozy. Lots of amenities. The auto-adjusting fireplace was a very nice touch, making it a nice cozy place to retreat to.

Not enough coffee packets for our suite nor a caffeine-free tea option available. The coffee shop was not open for business. We didn’t care for the corner shower and the toilets in both bathrooms were situated too close to the wall.
