Location is great, rooms are awesome. Great place to vacation and feel at peace

Size of room.

First room full of spiders and ants. Had to move next room still had spiders.!In 64 years I have never had to buy bug spray and spray my hotel room. First lady in office was very rude. Other one way amazing and moved us. Section had something on all the kitchen counter top and hair on floors in bathrooms. I would recommend that housekeeping does a better job.

Peaceful, relaxing.

Tv needs upgrade. Need coffee table not ottomans. No end tables. Otherwise resort well maintained and very appealing..

Always love visiting Riviera Oaks. It’s tranquil and so peaceful. I love that there is space between each unit to have complete privacy.

This time we had issues with the toilet water pressure. I called right after we had already unpacked all of our clothes and a refrigerator full of food. They immediately offered to move us however we chose to stay since we were already tired and unpacked. After a few call requests I did ask they leave us a plunger which worked the rest of our stay. I sincerely hope that they will correct that issue with that particular room.

This resort was so amazing. It was our home away from home. We’re traveling from Louisiana to California and have stayed at hotels every night. I’m so glad to find this place. We stayed for 2 nights. Bought groceries and picked up before heading over. Yes it’s pretty far out of the way, but so is everything. The price was right- so we were willing to make the drive. The heated pool was amazing as all my kids want to do at every hotel is swim. I enjoyed the jacuzzi. Also free laundry. SO amazing, thank you! I was ready to drop $50 cleaning laundry for my family of 5. The hotel itself was oldish, but who cares- the beds were comfortable, the place was cleaner than sleeping in another hotel closer to town with a price comparable. I appreciated the dishes and pots. Everyone was so nice. Check in was super easy. We didn’t utilize any of the amenities from the club across the street- but thought it was awesome thay they were available. I would 100% come here again.

The coffee was blah. But it’s whatever.
