It was my birthday and this gorgeous but nice Gay man gave us a upgrade on our room and was just beyond sweet and in exceptionally Professional I am sorry I never got your name by the way but I hope you know I am talking bout thank you so much sweetie really appreciated may my night he needs a raise for sure

Nothing I loved everything about our stay will be returning again for show

Amazing hot water ac worked awesome bed was comfortable. Lady behind the desk was friendly And the restaurants next door made it nice

The tiles right in front of the door was raised up and hurt when u walked on it.

"Charged twice"

The ac was cold.

I've been charged twice. I paid through the Booking app and the hotel charged me as well. The hotel lady that checked me in took my credit card information and told me I would not be charged since I had already paid through Booking. She said she needed a credit card on file as part of policy.
