"Quite upset that I didn’t get the room I I was supposed to."

Quiet rooms Nice breakfast Convenient location

I was SUPPOSED to have a JACUZZI room but upon arrival I was told that that’s not what we got!!! I drove 7 hours to find out that apparently the third party booking agent didn’t REQUEST that. My confirmation said I should have had one. Very NOT PLEASED.
