Lovely hotel and staff. Easy walk to main strip.

excellent hospitality.lovely hotel with plenty of character.Not happy with room on first night,( dog found it too warm)but we were offered more comfortable larger room next door,with great views( no fuss!) for our second night.Food good and very friendly atmosphere.

Unfortunately my partner was involved in a car crash on 19 September 2024, so we were unable to travel due her discomfort. Which was really disappointing as we were really looking forward to the leisure break away. Thank you

Room very small. No heating 1st night, moved to other room and heating in en-suite wouldn’t turn off!! Showers just a trickle of water. Bar facilities closed before 9 pm ( think they were short staffed.) Poor choice at breakfast and ran out of what I’d ordered for one morning

Staff were very accommodating. A little disappointed with breakfast. we weren't advised we needed to put a time on the breakfast order that we would arrive in the dinning room, this meant we had one hour to wait till we were served our cooked breakfast. we were all disappointed with the breakfast with the burnt potato scone to half portion of black pudding and haggis.

Friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms and great location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would happily return.
