Comfort Suites Plano - Dallas North

The first room smell like you’re in the second room they gave me had mold in multiple places in the room, including behind the beds and there was cockroaches climbing up the bathroom walls. When I went to the front desk, they did get me checked out early and got me a partial refund, but then proceeded to double charge my card and tell me I was lying when I had my bank on the phone they threaten to call the police instead of deal with the situation and simply refresh their system and reverse the charge. Do not stay here unless you want issues from every aspect of the place.

It was easy to check in the first night that’s the only thing positive I can say but five minutes after getting there my room that I was checked into I walked in and smelled like urine and the guy kind of interrogated me before he gave me another room, which was odd But OK

Breakfast was good. Location was good being we had to travel up and down hwy 75 for multiple days to the event we were attending.

Bed was too soft for my liking. Elevator wasn’t working for two of the days we were there.

Convenience

There was a flosser left on the floor by a previous guest. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Also there was a cockroach in the stairwell.

It was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

The room felt quite damp and would have benefitted from a de-humidifier, and the carpet felt damp
