First of all it was not the property that I booked and when I did arrive to the property they tried to tell me that I was not allowed to have my dogs when I specifically put it in my details"three well trained dogs will be with me during my stay" originally in the booking. I'm very dissatisfied with my whole interaction with booking and with going to the property. I am currently working on getting a refund or the property clerks guarantee

Terrible experience, I left my Apple Watch in the room where I was staying and called the hotel to say that my watch was there in the room where I was staying, and that I could track it using my iPhone and it showed that it was still there. I went back two days later to claim it, and surprise, surprise, it was no longer at the hotel but a few blocks away by a bridge. They told me that a member of staff might have taken it, which means they employ staff who are untrustworthy and have bad habits. Mala experiencia pésima, se quedó mi Apple watch en la habitación donde me jospede y llamé al hotel para decir que mi reloj se encontraba allí en la habitación en la cual me hospede, y que mi reloj podía rastrearlo por medio de mi iPhone y me salia como ubicación que aun se encontraba alli, fui a los dos días a reclamarlo y Oh sorpresa ya no aparecia en el hotel sino a unas cuadras por un puente y me dicen que pudo haber sido un personal que se lo ha llevado, es decir trabajan con un personal que no genera confianza y de malas costumbres
