"Great location, walking distance to everything"

Location was excellent. Breakfast good. Great coffee. Free coffee.

If I had booked directly with the hotel instead of a third party the rate might have been negotiable, for example a senior rate or AAA discount. But that was not a problem with the hotel.

Just about everything. Very comfortable hotel in the perfect spot near restaurants and shops. Staff is by far some of the best that I have encountered. Breakfast has a great variety.

The heater is a bit loud.

Breakfast changes daily, even have to go bags. Elevator was out, and felt like a huge inconvenience for staff to help make 3 trips to the 3rd floor with all our luggage. Older lady at front desk was extremely helpful moving our room from the 4th to the 3rd. Lovely area to come during December beautiful, like Christmas in the movies. Definitely will be back!
