"Never stay here!"

My reservations were cancelled last minute when I arrived at the check in desk and then after I finally found somewhere else to stay for my niece’s wedding, I got a call from the hotel that I was getting charged for my full stay because I never arrived for check in. I spoke to the manager but have yet to get a solid resolution despite her acknowledging that they cancelled my stay due to overbooking.

This facility should not be branded a Holliday inn Express. The building is run down no up to the IHG standards. Elevator not working, had to use stairway, cracked and broken plaster, worn carpet.
