Holiday Inn Express Sweetwater by IHG

The room seemed to be clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly

The elevator didn’t work. The furniture was badly scratched. The bathroom wall had paint bubbles on it with a big patch of paint missing. The area underneath was black. Tiles in the bathroom were broken. The room definitely could have used some updates and the elevator needs to be repaired.

Elevators were not working.

Front desk clerk, Johnathan, was very nice, courteous, and helpful.

Had to wait on front clerk who had put out a sign saying he was out and would be back in 10 min. I was given a room on the 2nd floor & then told the elevator was out & there were no more rooms on 1st floor even though I had booked the room the week before. The light in back parking lot was broken so no light for security. Will not stay again at any Holiday Inn Express.

Elevator was out of service and we were on the third floor! My husband and I both have issues, hip and knee, and it was very difficult handling our luggage. The door did not lock because of structural issues, room 312. The air conditioner made a loud noice all night, hard to sleep. The stairwell was filthy. My husband talks to the staff for a refund and we could not get one because we booked through booking.com is there anything we can do to get a refund?

Location. Staff. Comfort. Friendly staff.

Non- working elevator. Seems short on staff and thus attention to detail.

Hotel was overbooked so we had to wait for that to be sorted out Broken elevator, A/C was going out, outlets didn’t work, lights were out.

We were greeting very nice and were checked in quickly. Will the elevators were working but other then that it is a nice place to stay while on the road.
