Candlewood Suites Clarksville by IHG

The facilities were older and needed updating but the suites were clean and provided a complete kitchen and eating space. Their mini market was well stocked with numerous choices to eat meals in house. The beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were fairly sound proof, and plenty of outside area to walk our pet. Our stay was very relaxing.

Nice and clean. The main air condition is in the living if you get a suite. There is a small Blower that blows into bedroom so if you like to sleep cold this is not the room to get.

Nice, clean hotel with breakfast. Reasonably priced. I liked it and will reccomend and stay in this hotel again. I would also be willi g to try other candlewwod suites. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I was impressed.

Everything was perfect

While traveling through Clarksville, TN from FL Ion Wednesday, May 26th, I needed a pet-friendly hotel close to I-24. I called and spoke to a very nice manager who told me she had plenty of rooms. Her name was Tipi? Tiki? She said she would be off-duty when I arrived but I would be in good hands with someone else. When I got there, there was no one to be found at the desk. I waited and waited, called out, looked around various rooms, and even called Candlewood on my cell phone three times to get help. No one ever answered. After about 10 minutes, a young woman finally came out. When I told her I had been waiting a long time to check-in, she said nothing. She was NOT friendly. She assigned me room #108, a double-bedded room with a small kitchenette. The bathroom was filthy. There was dirt and grime by the doorknob, the bathroom floor had long dark hair and pubic hair and dirt on it, as evidence by a white shower towel I put on the floor, the shower curtain was pulling out of the wall, the grout was disgusting, and the room smelled mildewy. The rug next to the chair in the tv area was stained with something red and my dog pulled out papers and garbage from underneath the beds. YUCK! While spacious, the entire room felt dirty and neglected. Had I not been desperate for a room, after being on the road for 8 hours, I would have left. I left in the morning. No one at desk. Coffee was available, but nothing else! My bill was $137.23. NOT WORTH IT!!!

It was a very clean comfortable hotel, it felt like a 5 star hotel

I’ve stayed here two times In the past 7 months and I’m back again, this is a great hotel very quit and relaxing. Good for vacation or business trips , very clean and nice rooms . I recommend this place to everyone that comes to this area. Tons of places to eat around too. If you’re looking for a good hotel pick this one

This has been one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at , the service was also amazing . Our AC wasn’t working. Called front desk, they came up immediately and fixed it.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing Hugh rooms with kitchen The bed was excellent the tv great hotwater all the time! Their snack room well stocked and reasonably priced lots of frozen meals to pick from and great microwave! My wife and I and our fur baby loved it. Well maintained staff were great. If you are older like us and have driven a few days welcome spot if you are not up to enjoying the multitude of great places to eat at the busy busy traffic time. Will definitely stay here again not Laquinta.. That’s ok but the floor was sparkling clean. Definitely knew they had cleaned before we got there 👍. We have been to this area several times and just be sure to go with the traffic lights to go to the restaurant of your choice haven’t had a bad experience yet. As we have an Addison doggie we always check the floor for anything the cleaner has missed floors clean. Oh and almost forgot our room had a recliner hallelujah 👌🏻As you can see we loved it keep up the excellent service. Loved the management also. A++++++

The common areas of the hotel were dirty and were not cleaned during our 3-day stay. Trash was overflowing in the stairwell. Mattress was old and broken down... room 312 by the window. No breakfast, no lotion in the room, not a good deal.
