Near Forum shopping and dining. That was a plus. Convenient location. Carpet was dirty in the room. Bathroom could use a facelift, but it served it's purpose.

Was not told when booking no housekeeping service unless there 4 days. Had to get our towels from lobby. No housekeeping. No free breakfast. No pool

I booked through you at Hotels.com but they still run my card. I can understand that for incidentals. Then when I went to checkout, the clerk told me my bill was through 3rd party and was already done. I got my statement and Candlewood Suites has charged me $127. The manager was suppose to call me back yesterday and did not.

Front desk management went above and beyond with my last-minute request to extend my current stay and provide a very affordable rate for the room. Courtney was super friendly and incredibly sincere. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that values excellent customer service and a friendly staff.
