Candlewood Suites Ft Myers I-75 by IHG

This is my second review for the property since I have stayed here 2 times and as before, it’s a hidden gem! Thank you for keeping the hotel so clean and organized!

When you walk into the hotel it smells amazing like aloe vera lotion. Check in was fine, we had an issue with our first room on the second night so they switched us over to a room on the second floor. Much more content after being moved to a better unit, much better climate control system and a cleaner kitchen. The service was also very nice, all the staff were very courteous and accommodating to our needs. The laundry facility was quite handy and the machines worked really well. Parking was a little tough, I wasn’t used to staying at a hotel where the police drive in the parking lot frequently, some shady cars are also in the lot, so finding the correct spot to park is key at this specific property. Convenience store in the hotel was quite handy, always well stocked and lots of options. There is a gym and a pool although we didn’t use either, others were content using them. No this isn’t a luxury hotel, it’s an extended stay hotel, so don’t mistake it with Hilton or Sheraton. I’d recommend if you need a hotel with a kitchen and a decent size bathroom.

An unexpected stay in Ft Myers led Me To this property. It was super easy to get to from I75, lots of parking, close to everything, was super comfortable, had plenty of hot water! I couldn’t ask for more especially at the price point! I will be using this property for when ever I have to stay in town

Water leak and no new room

The staff was unfriendly. Except for the gentleman who checked me in, no other staff member would even acknowledge me.

Each time l stay there air-conditioning does not work it's like they have control of the temperature in the room comes on but will not stay on make the room very uncomfortable

3rd time stay here 3rd time having air-conditioning problems in the room you come and get settled in than you have to move all your stuff will not get my money again!!!

Ac went out in my room they did nothing about it

Nice and clean hotel. Have stay there every time iam in ft Myers. Which is 4 times every experience was nice
