Candlewood Suites Ft Myers I-75 by IHG

Plumbing was poor and TV monitor was shrunk with nobody able to fix it

I liked this hotel alot the room is huge bed is very comfortable you get a microwave and coffeemaker and cooktop very nice font desk my only complaint is a booked this through agoda which was fully paid but they wanted a 50.00 deposit which was ok but I was there one night and I still haven't gotten my security deposit returned and I checked out 7/17 abd they dont answer bbb inquiry

No running water air conditioner doesn't work eoom does have a phone

The hotel relatively clean and comfortable, the bed was firm, good support. Couple minor area such as the TV is too small, the sound works some of the times. Room does have a few roaches. The coffee pot handle was loose.

Roaches! Seen daily. TV way too small for room. Window screen torn. Room given is not close to what we wanted. No alternative.

I loved the full size fridge with icemaker. The hotel property has a lending cabinet that has waffle makers, toaster ovens, and even large crockpots for guests to borrow. They have full size washers and dryers for free use to guests and gas grills in the pool area for guests to use as well. I have no idea why the property details say that people who live within 70 miles cant rent a room because i did. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Just ok room seemed a little worse for ware toilet never stopped running when using shower shower handle was squirting water everywhere only stayed 1 night

Staff was not attentive. Was given keys for an occupied room. there was no phone communication between room and front desk. room was cold but could not control the room temperature . was told to disconnect air conditioning unit.
