"This property has the potential to be ok but there needs to be some serious conversation had about the staff that works"

The housekeeping staff and front desk clerk Ariel was very accommodating.

Night auditor Curtis was rude and grumpy. Front desk clerk Lenka was rude, disrespectful, and overbearing. She threatened to call the police on me and my family when she was caught going through our personal property in our room. This type of behavior could have easily resulted in me catching a criminal charge had i been present when she going through my belongings. She was beyond unprofessional and made my month stay a living hell.

The spacious room and the cleanliness.

I didn't like that my card was attempted to be charged for the full amount immediately after making the reservation underneath " pay at property " because, that's what I needed to do was pay at the property. A tree had fallen on my property electricity wire, so we had no lights. I used a prepaid card to book and was going to load it on the way to the hotel right away, and that's what I did. I didn't like that, though. Other than that, there were no issues. Staff was friendly and the property is very well kept and very clean.
