J’ai été prélevé deux fois Nous voyagions en famille. Le réceptionniste m’a indiqué que ma carte n’était pas passé. J’ai cependant été prélevé deux fois! Il a confondu avec un autre membre de la famille qui a le même nom de famille. Il n’a pas regardé le prénom… heureusement que nous sommes une famille et avons pu nous arranger après le voyage
