Candlewood Suites Olive Branch by IHG

Clean & comfortable. Very reasonably priced. Disappointed that there was no daily housekeeping. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels during my 3 night stay. Items for sale at the Cuperd were over priced.

The receptionist, Rachel, was exceptionally courteous. The room temp control worked well and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend this hotel without reservation!

Everything was great will stay here again.

First room provided was not cleaned from previous tenant. Wet towels on floor, un-made bed,…room was filthy. They promptly apologized and provided us a new room. All was fine until returning to room after dinner to find a/c unit underperforming….temps reaching 98-99 degrees outside on these days…ya kinda need that a/c to be working right. They again apologized but did not have another room to provide, so we had to manage with this one…fortunately, it worked well enough to get a decent nights sleep. Overall, I am still pleased with what we ended up with, and would stay again….just wish the a/c worked 100% rather than 70%.

every thing was great at the property, and the suite we had was great. the only item that I would consider an upgrade would be the availability of an ice machine

I liked the location convenience.

Hotel was good. I had a $50 gift card booked thru hotel.com and was charged a fee that I was not aware of. No more third party booking for me.

Room was very poor.. my tissue holder was hanging out of the wall dishwasher was dirty.

The room was clean & excellent, fully equipped kitchen w/pots, pans, utensils, dish towels, dish washing liquid, name brand nody soap in the shower as well as shampoo & conditioner. Bed was reall comfortable Reasonable price than all the other hotels that rooms come equipped w/a kitchen. I will make this hotel my regular when I'm n the area.
