Staff was very friendly.

Rooms need to be updated. Minor repairs needed. Door did not latch properly, and deadbolt did not work.

The area it was in was nice,but there was pills on the floor around the room and the bed head hair all in it and the room floor was disgusting.I told the manager and he said he would give half of my money back but he didn't,i had my two year old son with me thank god he did try and eat one of those pills laying around

After a long drive, I went to sleep exhausted in ignorant bliss of the cockroaches in the kitchen and unknown bodily substance covering the couch. DISGUSTING! Spend your money elsewhere.

not well maintained. Was checked in to a room that wasn't serviced (bed unmade, kitchen towels used). Hotel smells of smoke, carpets are disguisting.

Absolutely worse experience. There were crumbs all over the counter and the floor, which is probably the reason why we found so many cockroaches in our room. We found a hamburger that was left in the microwave as proof that it was not cleaned. The toilet was dirty - there was still left over hair from the previous guests. We woke up the next day with bumps on our skin from bed bugs. It literally appeared as if housecleaning just walked in to make the beds and deem it ready for the next guests' stay. Absolutely not appropriate considering we are still in a pandemic.

The pictures online make this place look much nicer than it is. The room was disgusting. Hair it the drawers and hair in the shower. The chair in the room was filthy and the “office chairs” were all ripped. The elevator rugs were disgusting. We had our dog with us and i wouldn’t of even left her there. We left and checked into a different hotel. Please just give the place a facelift and clean it better and it wouldn’t be so bad.
