Our first room definitely had smokers in it before us. We requested a new room. I have an iPhone and could not link to the IHG internet. Staff could not help and gave me an 966 number to call. Not worth the hassle for one night.

I went to the lobby to check in. I noticed immediately how run down dirty not sanitized it was. Thete was no way o was going to stay the night. I was thete way before check in. I went up to the desk, and told them i was canceling my reservation fdue to the condition of the hotel. My response was our computers are down. They refused to cancel.i was forced to find another place and pay again

This is my second visit at this facility and I have made up my mind that I will not be coming back. From my most recent stay You could tell the room hadn’t been cleaned “well.” The presentation of the room was decent until I found what looked like a dried up smear of a food stain on a pillow case, AND there was no shower curtain for the shower! I didn’t bother to request one from the front desk d/t my short stay and at the time of need, I was pressed for time so I went without—something like this you would already expect to be in place. The room also had a cup lid from a previous stay sitting in between the wall and the legs of the table, but I was going to let that slide until I came across the other things previously stated. Overall the bathroom appeared cleaned besides the shower head having red scum (for my microbiology people you should know what that means) and limited toiletries. Overall the staff was pleasant and hoping that my second charge will be refunded ASAP, especially being that I purchased my stay via this site!
