Candlewood Suites Savannah Airport by IHG

The hotel is relatively clean but dingy looking.

The property is old and well worn. The window base was full of dirt which made the room feel unclean. This hotel is used for long term guests. If you want a less expensive place to stay and in older condition then it would be fine.

The sheets had black hair on them and dirt along with what looked like pizza sauce stains on the duvet cover. They put my shampoo and conditioner in 2 plastic cups sitting on the edge of the shower instead of in little bottles. Besides this though the staff was very nice.

Nothing great about property.The room had a bad smell,felt price was too high based on condition of property

We stayed march 16-20 when we first arrived we noticed a weird smell in our room but we were tired and didn't put much mind. The next morning I look for a glass and noticed all the dishes were in the dishwasher which smelled like rotting meat or something had died in there. I turned the washer on and the whole room filled with the smell. There was also someones leftover makeup in the bathroom draw. I spoke to the young lady at the front desk who was awesome and moved us to a clean room. I was also told i would be comped a night and am waiting for that to go through

Made a reservation on Expedia then hotel said they had no rooms available. Ended up having to pay an extremely higher rate at another hotel.

I paid for the room online on Expedia got to the hotel and everything was booked my money got took

No issues. Clean and comfortable. Just what I was looking for.

Staff very nice and room set up well. Only issue was that we got a handicapped room and it did not have a shower curtain. We found that strange, but we were only there for 1 night.
