It was on the less-expensive side of hotel rooms, but honestly should be even cheaper, considering the quality of the staff and “cleanliness” of the room.

Incompetent staff, rooms smell like mold and just feels gross to walk into. Elevator is going to break down any day now. The complimentary breakfast gave us all stomach problems. Our particular floor smelt like weed and mold the whole weekend.

Need to complete renovation. Room air condition leak, towels not washed cleaned, no refrigerator, no working tv, tub half clean, floor not level, toilet paper holder broken. Should not advertise swimming pool you can't swim in.

When we made it to our room there were bugs all over the bathroom sink so we asked the desk clerk for a refund and we haven’t received the refund yet

when we walked into our room it kind of smelled like pee, looked in the bathroom and it looked like it had just been used shower an all. so we switched rooms and it wasn’t much better, there was trash all in the hallways and looked like people were permanently living there, also there was prostitution and things like that going on in the parking lot so it was just a big no for me.
