Breakfast was good and the staff that worked at night and in the morning was excellent

More varies of breakfast and more breads or even pastries

We stayed here recently and had a mixed experience. The front desk staff was genuinely friendly and helpful during check-in, which was a bright spot. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several key areas. A strong, unpleasant sewer-like odor was noticeable throughout the hallways and common areas from the moment we arrived. The elevator was jerky and felt unreliable, making us hesitant to use it multiple times. The biggest issue was in our room: when we turned on the lights, we were immediately greeted by several roaches scurrying across the floor and surfaces. This made us extremely uncomfortable and concerned about overall hygiene. As a result, we skipped showering in the room entirely and opted to eat breakfast elsewhere. On the positive side, the lobby and lounge areas looked clean, open, and modern—almost like recent renovations had been done there, which makes us wonder if broader remodeling is planned for the rest of the property. Overall, these maintenance and pest problems overshadowed the good service, and we wouldn’t return without major improvements. Travelers should be aware, especially if cleanliness is a priority.
