Good morning my stay here was anything but comfortable and enjoyable, it was definitely memorable because I’m going to ensure that I remember to never stay there again! My room had an accent chair in it that looked like it was picked up off the side of the road or should have been put on the curb for the next trash day ! The TV remote had no back to it to secure the batteries and even after going down to the front desk and being given more batteries the remote did not work and we could not turn the volume down on the TV or change channels. There was no phone in the room so every time something was needed from the front desk we had to physically go to the front desk from the third floor . The bedside lamp not clock worked likely because the bedside electrical outlets didn’t work . And lastly the floor was sticky and had an Oder upon entering. Do to a convention this weekend we were told they were completely booked and the manager would be in on “ Monday “ so we were pretty much stuck !

The rooms were clean pillows nice and fluffy. Friendly staff and decent breakfast!

The elevator feels like you're gonna fall 3 stories old noisy and wobbly. My first room the hot water didn't work but they moved me to another room.

Nothing at all everyone that works there really need to change there attitude

There isn't really anything to like. Hotel needs a major remodel because everything from elevator felt like it was going to fall apart to mattress having a sink hole, Hotel is very outdated.

Upon entering Hotel smells bad, in room mattress was sinking in, microwave waa very rusted, sheets had stains all over, outlets didn't work, curtains had rips, and everything was just bad.

The staff was friendly and very helpful

Tge air didn't work in the room. Breakfast wasn't good at all
