Staff was very pleasant

Roaches, smells like weeds, rooms dirty, stained carpets, non smoking room smelt of cigarettes l, weird stains on bedding.

The outside of the building and the breakfast.

My television didn’t work when I went to the desk to get new batteries for the remote controller. It still didn’t work. They didn’t do anything about it and when I woke up the next morning, bathroom floor was all wet room above leaked all over in the bathroom when I told staff about it at the desk, she said OK well, let maintenance know no type of reimbursement or anything was offered.
