The room was clean yet it had roaches. We killed 2 on the day of arrival and I found one in my bag the next day. (I didn’t come with them, wasn’t leaving with any). The elevator shook very hard each time it stopped on the first floor, it was dirty, the same spots were on the floor the entire time and it had a bad smell as well as my room smelled as if something died… We made it aware to the property manager, we were offered a different room but if roaches are in one room, I’m sure they are in others.

"Overall it was great will be back again"

It was nice, staff very nice and catering to your needs.

Now the room was clean but the bathroom had hair on the floor so I could tell no one mopped it
