Coffee was good & free use of laundry. Also, kitchenette was well stocked with dishes

Sofa & sofa sleeper was old & in very bad shape. People upstairs could be heard running around all night. Carpets very dirty & left our socks dirty. Staff very unmotivated to do more than they had to & not very friendly

I was charged $25.00 Oct 9 25 Today Nov 5 25 I was not able to get my refund they said this is security deposit will be back in my credit card in 3 to 7 days. ?????????? What happen if don't know if called the manager and he said he will return this I'll never go back to this hotel.

Nothing really...

Room was dirty and had a high degree of stench everywhere- in the hallway and more in the room. It appeared that the room and floor carpet had not been cleaned. We checked two other rooms in different floors- they all had had more or less the same stench and were unclean. One of the rooms had crawling bugs on the stove top. Could not breathe the indoor air and had to run outside the building. Concerning air-quality to host humans..

The location is wonderful but the staff is what made the stay truly enjoyable.

It was central to all the places we wanted to visit. We have friends that live in santa rosa, and we wanted to go down to destin for some of the more touristy things, and this was a good compromise. We didn't want to splurge and stay on the beach since it's off season.And we were only staying a few days, so the value for this room was excellent. I loved that it came with a little kitchenette.It was almost like living in a little apartment. The the staff was super kind and accommodating.

There wasn't really anything that I necessarily didn't like... Seems like an older hotel. It wasn't really dirty but it didn't feel super clean either, but I guess that's just because it's not all brand new. Little bit of a strange smell, but I think that's just the cleaning supplies and whatever kind of air freshener they use. My husband didn't even really notice it and I got used to it. I guess the only thing I could really complain about is that the pillows were not comfortable. My neck was sore, but we would definitely stay here again, i'll just bring my own pillows next time lol

Well located, on a main thoroughfare with easy access, but tucked back to help with sound/street noise. Free use of the washer and dryer and a nicely equipped fitness room were great amenities.

Key access cards kept getting erased (8 times over 5 days). Construction in the back parking area limited parking and made maneuvering quite tight. Overall musty, dirty smell.
