It was comfortable stay with the bed

No manager on duty and staff at front was clueless on things, no management on site at all(only staff we seen work was the housekeeping lady who was very sweet), no vents in kitchen area, no coffee in room, sink plug in bathroom was broke, elevator door got stuck.
