Residence Inn by Marriott BWI Airport

The shower experience, the water pressure from the shower was weak.

Having laundry facility, though they had no detergent available. Having a sofa, but it most uncomfortable. Breakfast was OK Convenient parking.

The room was large and fubctional but barren and uninviting. A bit of color would have helped. The most uncomfortable sofa with vinyl covered seats and poorly placed to watch tv. Or sit and read. No detergent available for purchase all 6 days which made laundry less convenient.

Never in the history of hotel stays have i been greeted so emphatically with energy and smiles. Myra, at the front desk, was amazing! My room, the 2 bedroom suite is perfect and there was a handwritten card and balloon in my room because its my birthday. Nice touch

Kitchenette and sofa Nice TV

Room was very drab, no effort to make it attractive. Drab gray, no color. All furniture was uncomfortable. Plastic sofa, stiff chair. Bed too firm. Terrible quality of additional blanket. No comfortable seating despite having a sofa. Uncozy describes the feel. Water had unpleasant odor, but bottled water included. Had to go down to get extra blanket as only one person worked the eve. And night shift.

I’ve stayed at the Residence Inn BWI Airport for work trips over 4 total weeks in the last couple months. The location, cleanliness, and amenities (including free laundry) are all very good, but it’s the staff that really makes this place stand out. Myra at the front desk during the day is always a delight, greeting every customer with a smile (and quite frequently, by name), and she quickly handled any and all issues or small concerns if the did arise. The night shift and overnight folks were also great, I interacted with all of them while working shift work. Residence Inn BWI will remain my go to place for future trips, even though there are other Marriott properties closer to my work site!

I’ve stayed at probably 50 Marriott properties in my life and the customer service here is just about the best I’ve ever experienced. In particular, Myra, Daniera and Kanesha are amazing in their over-the-top outstanding service and willingness to go the extra mile to make me feel at home. Thanks!

The hotel felt clean, welcoming and spacious. Laundry, gym and breakfast are free.

There were ants in the room. One was crawling on the bed.
