Residence Inn by Marriott BWI Airport

I arrived at Residence Inn BWI after a bad experience at another hotel, feeling overwhelmed. From the moment I walked in, Myra was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She gave me two rooms to choose from and made me feel at ease. I had to check out early due to a death in my family and was clearly distraught. The young man on the morning shift showed no compassion and bluntly asked, “Mama, what room are you in?” — which felt cold and dismissive.. I asked to speak to Myra, and once again she delivered with grace, patience, and sympathy. She’s a true example of what hospitality should be, and the hotel is lucky to have her! That young man should take notes from her — you never know what people are going through. Despite that one poor interaction, Myra turned my stay into a positive one. I recommend this hotel.

It was very clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor courtyard w friends. The breakfast had a both hot and cold options which was very nice. The room was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The blinds darkened the room well and the AC worked well.

Nice space for a large family and friends to stay at a nearby wedding event.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and the service was exceptional. Myra at the front desk was so very very friendly, accommodating, professional and easy to work with. We arrived early and she made sure they cleaned our room so that we could get in earlier as my grandson was not feeling well. She was so very polite. We extended our stay and again she worked with us. She was a ten out of ten to work with.

Myra the front desk clerk was fantastic! The hotel was very clean, and property is new and well maintained. Rooms are very comfy and cozy.

Kenisha, at the front desk is a real dynamo! If I had a business I’d hire her away! She made us feel welcome and check in was a pleasure. The room is small but works for us and it’s only for one night. We like having a regular size fridge. Everything is clean and the shower is great.
