Residence Inn by Marriott BWI Airport

The hotel had very nice accommodations. Free laundry (with plenty of modern washers & dryers) was an unexpected plus. Myra was an excellent staff member, that made me feel welcome and very helpful. Definitely worthy of the Marriott moniker. 5 stars!!!

The property looks new and well kept. I didn't like that my room requests were ignored, but the agent was able to give me better accommodations to fix the mistake. The parking is very tight.. should be free. Other properties in the area don't charge for parking

This Residence Inn was at a great location. The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Myra. Ms. Myra was able to check us in very promptly and told us what the hotel has to offer. She also helped with letting us know of places to eat nearby as well as attractions to see. Will definitely come back here in the future.

I come to Baltimore often and choose to come to this Residence Inn. I call ahead as Myra adds her our personal touch as to what rooms are available on the top floor. I travel a lot and appreciate the small personal touches the people at the front desk can add to my hotel experience. Her personal touch does not go unnoticed. Thank you Myla.

Myra was fantastic! Positive and helpful! Always smiling! Helped me set up my app and register my electronic key. I had a mixup with my check in and she helped me correct it. I didn’t know I could do all of it through my app, but she took the time to walk me through it.

Very nice hotel as is usual with Residence Inn properties . Well maintained and welcoming . Myra was especially friendly and helpful , she made our stay that much more enjoyable. Next time we are back in the BWI area , we will stay there again for sure.

Very nicely decorated and furnished. Seems to have been recently renovated. Good breakfast. We had a problem with the TV. Couldn't get it to do anything but show ads. Very frustrating. Would stay there again.

Myra and also Aaric was very helpful and very understanding and truly respectful people. And also the property was clean and very well keep up and the room very clean and breakfast was awesome I will have family come and stay in and upcoming events.

Myra, Karesha, David and also Lisa are the ones that made this hotel amazing. Their mannerism and their willingness to help is what will bring me back here and tell my friends about staying at this hotel. They are always friendly they make you laugh. You can tell they are passionate about their job and the people that they help.
