Staybridge Suites Davenport by IHG

The check in online says 3pm. When we arrived at 4pm, our room was not ready. The team members were working as quickly as they could, but commented that the time online isn’t guaranteed, although it seemed to be a busy weekend (there was a concert in town) and most of the other guests waiting commented that they were called (as were we) the day before to confirm we were coming. They were short staffed and constantly shared that, commented on how the manager wasn’t even there and most of the guests waiting in the lobby didn’t get into their rooms until after 5pm.

The staff is very friendly. The kitchen staff is very kind and accommodating especially. The breakfast and nightly appetizers were great. My children enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It’s also a lifesaver that they allowed us to have our 60 pound dog stay here with us.

Beautiful clean hotel.. Very friendly staff

The hotel was nice and breakfast was great. However, we managed to get a weekend when there was a huge party in the lobby. They all went into the pool at the same time, making tge already small pool incredibly uncomfortable. We had to leave the area due to overcrowding and noise. The elevator was also sketchy. It made terrible noises. Eventually, that evening, it was out of service so we had to take the stairs to our 4th floor room.

It was a awesome stay, friendly staff clean rooms and a good breakfast, most definitely will stay again.
