Good visit

Place was nice and the breakfast was great.

The front desk clerk was very unfriendly and just looked at you with a blank face. No personality and no customer service skills. They need to be retrained on how totally to a customer and how not too.

Quiet nice stay for a staycation, breakfast was nice.

I have stayed at this staybridge many times as well as other staybridge locations. My experience this time was very poor, there was a constant banging noise coming from the floor above, I am not sure what it was but it had to be something mechanical as it was the same cadence over and over again all night. It would appear to stop but then start up again every time, it was impossible to get a good nights rest which is the reason we were there traveling on a cross country drive. Also, the thermostat was set way too high to the point turning the air on didn’t even cool the room down quickly. And the bath tub was slanted, which made it very difficult to use and was unsafe. Overall a terrible experience that makes me never want to stay here again.

Spacious, clean, safe, great location.

Breakfast was very bad - bacon burnt, oatmeal overcooked, not sure what the patties with green and orange in them were, eggs were questionable, out of a lot of things including waffle mix that was not refilled. Pool was freezing but hot tub was ok. Pull out sofa bed was VERY uncomfortable.

Spacious room with a great layout. Clean, comfortable and everything we used worked.
