This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the airport and the Arena. It is on the B.B. Loop @ Jacaman. It’s about 7 miles from I-35. There’s an outdoor pool and gas grill, and a nice workout room and laundry if you need that. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food, beer, and wine are served Monday- Wednesday evenings. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. The rooms have a kitchenette with two burner stove, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and dishes. Wish the shower had better water flow; that’s one drawback. Overall though it’s a great place to stay!

Loved that when i got to my room it was freezing cold after a whole day of work meetings.

What I liked is this property was conveniently placed close to where I needed to be. It was right next to a convenience store/gas station and McDonald’s and a very short distance away from the airport. Also close to restaurants and shopping. I enjoyed having a suite with kitchenette that included a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, 2 electric burner cooktop, and microwave. So nice to have the kitchen stocked with dishes and everything one needed to cook a full meal. I will definitely stay here again. Things I didn’t like is the suite with 2 queen beds was small and functional for a single person vs 2. I desk chair and 1 other chair in the corner of the room. Nowhere for 2 people to sit comfortably together and eat the wonderful meals made in the awesome kitchenette. Another thing that would be super awesome for this business would be to have a shuttle service to the airport. Taxi service was expensive.

It wasn’t clean for the price, shower head and bath tub faucet didn’t work to good

The air conditioner in my room was as loud as a vacuum cleaner, and it would not run continuously. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator rattled violently. Maintenance could not fix the air conditioner, so I was moved to another room. Its air conditioner was even louder, but at least it ran continuously. The clock and the microwave were broken. The refrigerator in this room also rattled violently. Using the towels was like drying myself with a door mat. The milk at breakfast was spoiled and 8 days past its expiration date. Some of the staff could not speak English. Those who could speak English were apathetic or inept. Stay someplace else.

Room was hot and muggy...lots of moisture. Was not given credit for the night or offered how to help. They offered that I move to another room...that was practically impossible. I had a young child and couldn’t do that...

More pillows. More blankets. Carpet was yucky/sticky from something. Kept socks on. Housekeeping would be nice in the weekends. Breakfast was good. Upstairs person was VERY heavy footed. Almost called front office but the knock on the ceiling worked. :). Running around at midnight is not being courteous to other guests. Great that they were pet friendly. The guests were not as pet friendly sometime. Lol

I recently stayed at Staybridge while visiting Laredo, Texas. I am an IHG member and decided to stay at one of their properties. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the hotel. I was greeted by Bryan, a very courteous and friendly concierge. The process of checking in was so simple and I was even allowed to check in earlier than 3pm. When I entered my room, WOW I was surprised! It was so modern, beautifully decorated and had a lot of little extras. The deluxe room I had, was equipped with a king size bed, a desk, large television, and a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and microwave. This is perfect for anyone interested in an extended stay. You will be very comfortable. Another great asset to this hotel is how convenient the location is. There are so many restaurants surrounding the hotel such as Taco Palenque, Palenque Grill, McDonald's, Whataburger, Sushi Madre, and many more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming in for a visit. The staff is friendly and attentive, the free morning breakfast is very tasty and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Room was to small. I've stayed in this hotel before and have gotten a much bigger room.
