The bed closest to bathroom has a serious dip on it. On the side of the bed closest to the bathroom too. The hand soap in the bathroom does not smell pleasant. The breakfast was great!

Very bad experience, at 2:15 am someone tried to open my room, I reported immediately to front desk, after 40 minutes the same guy again tried to open the door and again reported to front desk, very disappointed

This hotel needs renovation. The air conditioner in the room makes the room very cold, even if you set on 74 and it's very loud. The lobby should serve coffee 24/7. There is no tea in the room. The mini-market (The Pantry) doesn't have many choices. They will refer you to the gas station across the parking. The hotel is very close to the airport, about 25 minutes walk. They have a shuttle service to the airport but you cannot reserve. Should be lucky to get it.

Usually stay at another hotel not far from this hotel but for the night I needed they wanted 3x what I usually pay so I gave Staybridge a try and I will be using them from now on

"beary good rest"

What a great place to stay. Great check in and check out. Room in 121, clean room with 2 burner stove, and king bed. great lounge seat. they have free snacks in the room The ac states it can go below 60 so i set it at 55, left the room and came back later and it was frigid, AWESOME due to Laredo hot temps. Room temp was 64, so turned it up to 67 and it was great. Slept like a bear. Only issue was the shower, needs work, poor water pressure, the spout is loose and the valve was difficult to adjust the water temp otherwise great.
