Great customer service

We stayed for one night (fortunately), checked in at 8:00pm and left at 5:00am. One bed was literally peed on, smelly and wet. We informed the front desk and they came and changed the sheets, did not even offer to change the room. We asked both the front desk and the housekeeping night staff to tell the manager to give us a call, who never did. We chose the hotel due to proximity to the airport, and they confirmed there was a shuttle at 5:00am. Got a call at 3:30am from the front desk (which obviously woke us up) to inform us that the shuttle was at 4:30am. We said no they offered a cab instead, we said yes. We finished the checkout and at 5:02am we where boarding the cab. The driver told us that instead of $20 (for a 2 minute 1 mike drive!!) he had to now charge $30 because he had to wait for us. I showed him my watch to show it was only 2 min past 5:00. He forced us to pay. Complete nightmare!

This hotel really surprised me! I will be recommending my family ! I was not expecting what I walked into ! The hotel pictures are outdated. This hotel really is an upgraded property I was told it was renovated not so long ago, so if you are wondering if to stay here DO IT you will love it! My husband and I loved it! The tacos at the evening reception was the best I have had at any hotel they even had wine all free! I used to stay at the hotel across the street but I will now be staying at this hotel! The room had a kitchen and so many other nice amenities I am looking to enjoy on the next visit best part this hotel made us feel safe!

Great hotel for long term stay. Friendly hotel staff! I had reservations across the street at the Hilton TRU and the Hilton Home2suites. Long term stay 30+ days for business. TRU rooms are very small and Home2suites decided to cancel my reservations and keep me on the TRU side; even though reservations were confirmed more than a month in advance! See my other recent review of TRU; not even an acknowledgement of the complaints or an apology. Not even an apology once I reported a dirty diaper left in the trash can of my room, which did have the Hilton clean seal on the door at check in! So I walked across the street to the staybridge (after 4 days at tru) and the front desk clerk was amazing and friendly. She had a room available at the long term discount rate and I checked in the following night. Highly recommend this hotel for long term stays in Laredo!

The hitel overall was good. My only real complaint was the lack of wifi for two of the three nights we stayed there
